I'm Nick Jones. In addition to being a pilot for a major US airline, I am also the CEO of Crewcom Inc. We have been in business since 1998. We began as a telecommunications company specializing in discount long-distance service and cellular telephones. We started as a one-man operation, specializing in the telecommunications needs of airline crewmembers. As our business grew, we eventually became a multi-million dollar producer for the firms we represented with business in all 50 states and internationally.

As we grew, we diversified.

It had long been a dream of my wife Bel (Crewcom President), and I to involve ourselves in resort vacation rental property. In 1998, we purchased an oceanfront condominium in Maui, Hawaii. We bucked the trend of simply turning our property over to a property management company, and chose instead to market and operate the business side of things ourselves. Business was very good, and so in 1999, we added a 2nd oceanfront property - and eventually began assisting other owners in renting and independently managing their rental properties. This is a business we love and in which we have years of very successful experience. We are happy to share that experience with you!

Based on our experience in this industry, we saw that the needs of other private owners were not fully being met by traditional marketing efforts. In other words, many owners were very disappointed in their occupancy rates. That is why we started vacationrent-all.com.
