Conrad has had long career as a Silicon Alley web consultant including stints as Director of Project Management, Lead Internet Strategist, and Director of Business Development. In 2001, Conrad founded Enzyme E-commerce, a full service web agency based in New York.
Conrad has consulted for a wide range of businesses from small start-ups to large corporations like Sumitomo and Lehman Brothers. He is responsible for each client's strategy and project management. As such, he oversees all client relationships, helps shape the vision of their projects and ensures that their strategic needs are identified and realized.
Conrad is a member of the New York New Media Association and the World Wide Web Artist Consortium. He serves on the Network Technology Board for Taylor Business Institute and on the board of directors for An American Quilt, Inc.
Jina Kiem
Creative Director
Jina has 15+ years of experience in design, advertising and branding for a wide range of organizations and businesses, from non-profits to start ups to global corporations.
Before joining Enzyme E-commerce, Jina was an Associate Creative Director at the New York office of Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising. She worked extensively to develop and grow major brands like Tide, Cheerios and Tylenol through retail marketing, web and other innovative direct-to-consumer mediums.
Because of her comprehensive marketing background, Jina brings more than accomplished designs to every client project. She also brings the kind of strategic thinking and total market awareness that ensures that every Enzyme Digital designed and developed site is a viable, long term marketing presence.
Way-Fan Chang
Senior Web Designer
Way-Fan is an interactive designer with an intuitive understanding of the medium. His wide ranging professional background includes award winning work in creative art direction, branding and identity, as well as interface and site design.
Prior to joining Enzyme, Way-Fan has worked with established corporations and cutting edge interactive agencies such as Nine West Group, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, RDA International, and Blue Hypermedia. Some of his past projects include work for Newsweek, the Susan Magrino Agency, the Ford Foundation, and Douglas Elliman.
A professional designer since 1999, Way-Fan has a Fine Arts and Literature BA from Yale University. His work has received several Standard of Excellence and Outstanding Website honors from the WebAwards.
Tobe Goldfinger
Senior Systems Architect
Tobe is a senior-level Information Architect, with more than 20 years experience in the field of software development. A creative problem solver, she has a keen ability to see the big picture and integrate new technology into existing environments.
A consultant for many years to Fortune 100 corporations, she has created software products in use by computer systems professionals in major corporations including: ADP, Citibank (New York and London), Depository Trust Company, Fuji Xerox (Australia), Hughes Aircraft, Levi Strauss, Long Island Railroad, Merrill Lynch, NCR, Sprint, Transamerica Insurance, and U.S. Department of Agriculture.
In recent years, Tobe has adapted the rigorous techniques of software development to the world of e-business applications development. She is often called upon to translate business requirements into robust, industrial-strength web application designs.
A former college lecturer and author, Tobe is skilled in transmitting the benefit of her extensive experience to others and is a frequent contributor to a variety of local user groups.

Jamie manages all software engineering for Enzyme E-commerce, overseeing every aspect of application and database development.
An expert in software development since 1997, Jamie has worked on a variety of high-end projects that include enterprise level e-commerce, financial and auction applications. His experience includes work for nonprofit, small business and Fortune 500 companies like Coca Cola.
